How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion directly from within the Epup app. Follow these steps to permanently remove your cloud data.

Open Epup App
Launch the app on your iPad or iPhone.

Go to Settings
Tap the settings icon in the main menu.

Select "Account"
Find the account management section.

Tap "Delete Cloud Account"
Confirm the deletion to proceed.
What Happens to Your Data?
When you delete your account, we process the removal of your synchronized information.
Permanently Deleted
- Cloud account data
- Social and friends data
- Sync metadata
Stored Locally
- Local device reading data
- Local pet progress
- Settings (until uninstall)
Retention Policy: Cloud data is deleted immediately upon account deletion confirmation,
subject to technical processing times and legal requirements as per our privacy policy.
